30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Products

The new products you purchase from Federated Consumer Products, LLC are satisfaction guaranteed. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for a replacement or refund less shipping. The product must be returned in the original packaging or in pre-approved packaging within the 30-day period.

1-year Limited Warranty on New Products (Excludes Scratch & Dent Units)

Along with the guarantee, Federated Consumer Products covers the new units under a One-Year Limited Warranty. Federated Consumer Products guarantees they will repair or replace a malfunctioning unit or will issue a refund less shipping upon receipt of the unit. This warranty pertains to malfunctions which occur during normal use and normal operating conditions on products that are purchased as “new” (excludes Scratch & Dent Units).

90-Day Limited Warranty on Product Functionality (Scratch & Dent Units Only)

Along with the guarantee, Federated Consumer Products covers the Scratch & Dent units under a 90-day Limited Warranty for the product functionality. Federated Consumer Products guarantees they will repair or replace a malfunctioning Scratch & Dent unit or will issue a refund less shipping upon receipt of the unit. This warranty pertains to malfunctions which occur during normal use and normal operating conditions on products that are purchased as “Scratch & Dent” units.
